Saturday, November 12 Creighton Model Introductory Session. The Creighton Model of FertilityCare is a form of Natural Family Planning that couples can use to either achieve or avoid a pregnancy or help determine causes of infertility. Single women are also encouraged to learn the method so they can become an advocate for their own gynecological health.
